If 60 percent of the DVDs in Katie's collection are American-made movies, 35 percent of the DVDs in her collection are comedies,and 30 percent are neither American-made nor comedies, what percent of the DVDs in Katie's collection are both American-made and comedies?

(B) 25
(C) 40
(D) 60
(E) 75
